Welcome to Toddler Town

In Toddler Town we provide a safe and loving environment for newborns through 2 year olds to start the lifelong journey of learning about Jesus. The babies in Toddler Town experience God’s love through the arms of those who lovingly hold and care for them. Then, as they grow and are better able to understand, the children are introduced to Bible Stories in a simple, age appropriate manner. They will learn songs and do crafts that relate to the Bible Story for that week.

Toddler Town Road Map

Toddler Town is located at the East end of the building on the 2nd floor.  Make sure you check in at the desk at the top of the stairs when you get here for the 1st time!  Though Toddler Town is opened during all three hours on Sunday mornings, each child is limited to two hours a Sunday.

Drop Off & Pick up of Children

Your child will be assigned to a classroom at the Toddler Town desk, you may then proceed to your child’s room.  For security, you will be assigned a vibrating pager and that pager number will be written on your child’s name tag. In order to pick up your child, you must return the pager. If you have more than one child in Toddler Town, you will be given one pager per family. The pager will be assigned to the youngest child and a numbered tag will be given to any other children. Kids may be dropped off as soon as there are two leaders in the assigned room. For security and safety we cannot accept children until two leaders are present.

Sick Kids

If your child has run a fever, has a runny nose that is not clear, a contagious rash, diarrhea or has vomited within the last 24 hours do not bring them to church! Although we still love sick kids, we cannot let them come to Toddler Town.

Upset Kids

Our policy is to only page parents if absolutely necessary. If your child is upset, we will try everything we can to soothe him/her. Any helpful tips you can share with your child’s teachers that will help in calming your child would be greatly appreciated.

Behavioral Problems

Although we prefer to use positive reinforcement with the children, occasionally children that are older than one may have a short time out from our activities. If a detrimental behavior persists, the director will be notified and the parents will be contacted. If your child has a “free spirit”, any information you could give us that will enable us to love them better would be greatly appreciated!
